We trade in antiques and old things, and the general rule is, the item is bought as viewed. All items can be seen in the store.

Packages are sent by PostNord, GLS, Bring or Dao.
Transport of major goods in Denmark and Sweden (over 20kg) and furniture are shipped with JH Transport, which specialises in the transport of antique goods. The transport is being delivered only by the curbs. You will be contacted the day before delivery to make an appointment. The transport time is about 5 to 10 working days.
Transport of major goods in Germany, France, England (over 20kg) as well as furniture are shipped with Magic Movers who are specialists in the transport of antique goods. The transport is being delivered only by the curbs. You will be contacted the day before delivery to make an appointment. The transport time is about 3-4 weeks.

Complaints
UPON RECEIPT, IT IS IMPORTANT TO CHECK THE ITEM THAT IT IS CORRECT AND INTACT.
You must report a transport injury within 2 working days. After that, we cannot be held responsible for transport damage. After this, we can not be held responsible for transport damage.
Under no circumstances should a product be used until the complaint has been processed.
Withdrawal period
You have a 14-day cooling-off period.
The time limit is calculated as the starting point from the day you received the item. You must pay the costs of returning goods yourself.
Condition to cancel the agreement: You must return the item in the same condition as when you received the item and in proper packaging. The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the item in a way that significantly impairs the sale value of the item.
The terms of return only apply to online purchases – and not for personal purchases!
